The woman is clad in a modified Healer's outfit, which is white and blue instead of lime green. Strapped to her waist is a Muggle first aid kit and her blackthorn wand; not a combination often seen in the wizarding world.
Personality Outline:
As a healer, she likes to care for people, but dislikes how easily living things get injured which gives her a rather cold and strict outer shell. It's difficult to unsettle her which allows her to deal with hysterical students, unless she becomes hysterical herself. Once that happens, Nurse Seaver will most likely start crying and become difficult to understand as she treats her patients. Often uses her wand as a rod to beat misbehaving and uncooperative people if she's unsettled enough.

Patricia Jacklyn Seaver was born into a family of caregivers. Melinda, her mother, was a nurse in the children's ward in a nearby hospital. Her father, Robert, was an illustrator for children's stories. By the time Patricia was ten, her sister, Shannon, was in nursing school. With an family whose entire job was to feel empathy for others, Pat's personality initially developed into a warm one.
At eleven, Patricia was invited to Hogwarts, where she spent her school years uneventfully. Other than showing a natural talent for Charms, Herbology and Potions, Patricia quietly graduated from the Healer program with little recognition.
Throughout her early years as a Healer for St. Mungo's in Artefacts Accidents, Patricia learned that she was squeamish if there was enough blood or pus coming out of a wound, it was enough to make her knees go cold at medium-large wounds and get sick at massive ones. The first time a wizard came in for emergency treatment after their cauldron exploded, Pat promptly passed out at the sight (but she has grown out of that). Out of her squeamishness for messy wounds developed a need to keep things sanitary and clean, bordering on obsessive-compulsive.
Upset that people get injured so easily and often in very ridiculous ways, Pat's personality took a turn towards cold, strict, and sarcastic. After learning that wounds sometimes didn't heal very easily with magical means, the witch took to adopting first aid from the Muggle side of her family as well as carrying around a basic first aid kit.
As she got on in the years, Pat decided to apply for a position of nurse at Hogwarts, after she learned that the previous one retired. She had the false belief that injuries in a school were less likely to occur, since there were more adults to keep track of magic that goes awry.

4. If the nurse is unconscious or sick at any point, there are smelling salts in her desk as well as a bucket beside it.
