Physical Description: A young man with eyes beyond his years as though he could pass as an adult, though there was something a little bit wrong with the hazel irises as if they had a slightly 'crazy' dilated appearance to them. The young slytherin's lithe frame filled his uniform like a buisnessman's suit and even the cuffs were fitted with silver links with green topaz centers. The most well to notice features on the students face was this striking smile that sort of pursed into a smirk at the side that deffinately suggested that there was more than one bad thing on the student's mind.
Personality Outline: Locke is a bit of a temptation monster, he is often the one who has no fear of consiquences and will generally make others bend to peer pressure. Locke's defining expression is a striking and defiant grin which he always wears when he is aware that someone or something is challenging him and it often ends in him having done something on impulse or spite, that is not to say he does not have redeaming qualities that wont strike in dire situations.. But his bad side is a flair of highly destructive passion and lust for control.

History: The young Slytherin never had much of a troubled childhood, perhaps that is why he gained such a rebelious personality. From a young age Locke always knew his father as the embaressment that went to Azkaban though his mother nore his closest relatives would explain to him as to what he had done in order to arrive there, this mere matter struck an inquisitive nature in the young man and he quickly investigated the matter in order to find the undisputed truth. In the end Locke struck gold, though it wasn't always the greatest thing hearing about insanity running in the family let alone hearing the attrocities his own blood had done, his brilliant mind immediately became preoccupied by frivelous things, challenging others and grasping at control of himself and others in a matter of avoiding any grief. Hellen-Rose, Locke's mother eventually had to make a decision on her own son changing so dramatically, she decided that homeschooling was no longer a part of the picture and shipped him off on the Hogwarts Express at age 11 in order to get her son on the correct path again.
