Age:
Bear in mind that, for professors, they undergo years of training and school before they become a professor - just as in real life.
Gender:
Self-explanatory.
Play-by:
Optional. Essentially what actor or actress would play your character if TWSOH was a television show or movie.
Desired Position/Job:
If you are applying to be a member of the Hogwarts faculty, please check to see what positions are available before filling this part out.
Race: Caucasian, African American, etc; A blend of several is acceptable.
Weight/Height: (optional).
Pet (If Applicable):
Magic
Wand Type ( Wood type, length ( Wands average 12 & 1/2" and below. ), Wand Core.
Example: Elm and Griffin Feather. 10 1'2"
Patronus
If an Animagus - which you need staff permission to be - it will generally be the same as the Patronus.

Likes (3+)

( At least two paragraphs. And not just: John was born in England. John lived a good childhood. John had lots of friends. John's parents sucked. Please put some actual effort into it - a character's history is what defines who they are, and everyone should be in SOME way different. )

Please include teaching examples, and a basic lesson plan outline, so that the current staff can get an idea of how you plan to teach the class you are applying for.
