Dear Hedwig,
There is a Niffler living in my attic!!! It is tearing up my house at night looking for shiny objects and has stolen several pieces of fine jewelry. This creature is fast and we can't seem to catch it. What should we do?

Have you tried pointing your wand at it and screaming, "Immobulus!"? This spell can work wonders on hard to catch creatures. But if that or a cat doesn't work try hiring yourself an owl to come and catch it! *wink*
