Personality: Tends to keep to himself mostly, as he likes to study as much as he can, more so since a new avenue of life has opened up to him. But, he won't refrain from helping those in need. Also kind of shy, which is a big reason why he tries to keep to himself.

Personality Outline:
Bit of a person who tends to keep to himself. Reasons for this are because he's unsure of what to say at times and is afraid he'll stutter and make a fool of himself. He loves to read, and is willing to learn things he finds interesting, and will give even subjects he loathes or dislikes a chance in case they yield interesting information. And all of Hogwarts classes do so, so he finds his hands full. If he wants someone to be his friend, he will try to please them at times, and will defend them, and others when he thinks it's right. To the best of his abilities of course.
Background: He came from a rural area in Britain, and went to an average school like most kids his age. While smart, he wasn't put into the more advanced classes, due to some short comings. Still, he studied hard, taking an interest in history and science, and he could always be found with his head in a book, on one subject or another, except for math. He also found he had some trouble making friends, never able to keep any due to them finding him a bit odd.
He didn't think he was abnormal, though his parents picked up on some oddities. Such as some things seemed to bounce off of him, such as one time a falling book that would have hit him on the head, bounced off of him and flew across the room. His invitation to Hogwarts changed his life, and gave him a new perspective on things, albeit he felt a tad bit bitter that most of what he had learned so far could be wrong.
