Introducing the "Events System"!
If you'd like to have an "event" or "occurrence" happen to your character, that will post below and a random generator will select one for you!
Accepting suggestions for events - PM with ideas!

1 -X has won five points for their house!
2 -X tripped during potions and spilled potion all over themselves. Roll again for specific results.
-2.1 X spilled Happiness Potion and now laughs every three words. The potion will wear off in one day.
-2.2 X spilled Veritas Serum. Fortunately for them they got the brew slightly wrong, so they are only under its effects for the next three RPed questions posed to them.
-2.3 X spilled a minor version of Felix Felicis on them. During this same day, their player may choose one event that they have amazing luck with.
-2.4 X spilled Poly-hair Potion on themselves. Their hair is now fluorescent pink! This effect lasts for one week.
-2.5 X spilled Forgetfulness Potion on themselves. X now - wait... Who is X? Where is X? What is X doing? The potion will wear off in one day.
-2.6 X spilled Sleeping Draught on themselves. They.... now..... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. The potion kicks in on and off during one day, causing the character to fall asleep at akward moments.
-2.7 X spilled Hiccoughing Solution on themselves. They have the hiccups (on and off) for one day.
3- X received poor marks on an assignment and was given extra homework to study
4 - X did so poorly on a recent test that they need to take Remedial __ (choose your least favorite class)
5 - X tripped down the last few steps of the grand staircase, resulting in a hospital wing visit and some bruising. Even more bruised than their body is their pride.
6 - X received an Outstanding on their latest assignment! X is feeling great.
7 - X misplaced their permission slip for Hogsmeade and can't attend until they find it (sometime before the next visit)
8 - fell asleep in the common room and missed a class!
9 -X has received a present from a secret admirer!
10 - X has received a care package from home!
11 - X didn't do their homework and has received detention for the next week.
12 - X has misplaced a library book and it's due today! X needs to find that book quickly or tell the Librarian that they lost it (and face the consequences). This event lasts until resolved.
13 - A House Elf has taken a shine to X. X's player may choose one small thing the House Elf does for them (i.e. leave a plate of cookies, point them to the right book needed for their homework, find that missing sock). Note that X may not be aware of this affection; they might be very surprised to find (i.e.) a plate of cookies with no clue who left it. This event is one-time only and X's player must choose within one OOC week.
14 - There was a food fight at X's table. X may or may not have been part of it (player's choice), but X did get blamed and must help clean the Great Hall.
15 - X antagonized a Mimbulus Mimbletonia during Herbology and got sprayed with Stinksap! X smells like manure for the rest of the day.
