Weaknesses: Lara has difficulty casting almost all Hexes and is frustratingly average in Defense Against the Dark Arts. Try as she might, Lara is weak in Transfiguration.
Character Description:
Moon yellow hair falls down this girl's small form in waves. She can often be found twisting strands round her little fingers. Even wrapping it 'round her wand at times; a 14" Apple wood containing a pair of Fairy Wings. Although a little on the long side, it's core makes it astonishingly light and Lara uses it with expertise. Her hair in the front is cut in a disheveled slope spanning from her right eye brow to her jaw on the left. Her eyes are quite big with long and thick - but blonde - lashes, and are an indistinct blue-green color. She adorns the Hogwart's uniforn almost always, changing only on the weekends and at night. It suits her well enough.
Personality Outline:
Lara has a positive, stick-it-to-the-Headmaster attitude. She questions the order of things and believes the Wizarding World ought to change with the times(It's 2049, for Merlin's sake!). Easy going and usually has a pleasant demeanor, but don't get her started on something heavy! She can be very opinionated and can be a little rude regarding how informed she considers other people to be. She does, however, make great company and can be a compassionate listener... if she doesn't have something exciting to tell you. Then she can be a bit too talkative and showy. Expect to learn a lot from this little hot head because it is just one useless fact after another.

Mother, Marie Mason, grew up in England. A witch and a stay at home mother raising three children, Lara the eldest, attending Hogwart's School. She met Lara's father at a pub in Dublin. Marie was in Gryffindor house during her years at Hogwarts. She is talented in Herbology and has passed that down to Lara.
Father:
Lara's father is a muggle. Ivan Rockford an Irish archaeologist with an Eidetic Memory. He has traveled to and from various archaeological sites in the world. She carries a picture of him in a Safari hat standing in front of a vast desert, playing a Lute. He sends Lara a different species of Cactus every Valentine's Day.
Siblings: Haily and Charity Rockford, are Lara's young twin sisters. They've displayed signs of magical ability since they were very young. Mysteriously unlocked cribs and levitating pacifiers made their abilities obvious.
Country of Origin:
Lara was born in St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries Hospital. She was taken home at the age of 24 hours by broomstick. She was raised in Northern Ireland.

Lara was born on December 22, 2035 to Marie and Ivan Rockford. She was conceived on a vacation in New Deli. Lara's birth went so smoothly that Healers at St. Mungo's Hospital released Lara and her family after only 24 hours. It wasn't until age seven that Lara displayed magical ability. Her mother witnessed Lara levitating her sister Charity, upside down by the ankles. Levitation is easy for Lara and is attempting to master Levitating herself.
At age eleven on August 4th Lara received her invitation to attend Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where she was placed in Ravenclaw House by the Hogwart's Official Sorting Hat. Lara has excelled in the written exams of all her courses. Lara is also successful in the performance part of her examinations with a few minor "mishaps". Lara has a strong will to make a difference in her World instilled in her. She is determined to make her peers see the wisdom their Professors will try to offer. A great big sister figure and mentor to first Years, Lara wants to be someone who can be looked up to. Her strongest desire to be a Beater on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team has finally come true. She will play in her fist game this season.
