Shy and quiet but loyal to anyone she considers friend. Speaks when spoken to and always has only nice words for those around her unless someone manages to get on her bad side. Born and raised in London. She was born to Dalia and Howard Evitts. Dalia fled the Magical world when she fell in love with a muggle and married him. Howard not knowing she was a witch married Dalia and they had Lucille. Howard was puzzled by his betrotheds inablity to recognize day to day things like microwaves and cars. This brought out the truth of being a witch. Howard not really caring carried on like normal with the knowledge it was possible for their daughter to be a witch and have to eventually go to a boarding school.
Lucille had a normal childhood. She was friend with almost everyone as she was growing up and generally stayed out of spats between her friends unless it got violent. She was kept ahead of others her age in knowledge thanks to her father who was a teacher. Lucille herself did not much care for knowledge prefering a good fantasy book anyday. The day she turned 11 her Hogwarts letter arrived she was surprised to learn witches and wizards were real. Her mother had not seen any accidental magic at all while Lucille was growing up so didn't think she was magical. So sitting down with her confused daughter she explained about the Magical world.
