Character Description
You see an averaged sized wizard standing before you. His eyes are a wonderful hazel color with a mixture of blue and yellow on a green background. His hair is neatly swept across his face where it curls just before his eyes. On his face you see a pair of square, black spectacles. Full lips hide beautiful white teeth. As you look on farther you notice he is wearing a sleek black robe, that is obviously new and very well kept. Underneath is a dusty gray colored vest with the yellow Hufflepuff badge sewn into it.
Personality Outline
Bently is quite a laid-back person. He is very friendly to everyone and judges no one by blood or house. He seems to always have a smile on his face, showing off his beautiful white teeth. He enjoys laughing and just being with his friends. He is somewhat shy, but once you get to know him he's a wonderful person to be around and sometimes can't stop talking. He likes to make cheesy jokes or do anything to make others feel good and laugh.
Belief System/Ideas/Views (1+ paragraphs)
Bently believes that all people are equal. No matter if they are muggle or wizard, he thinks they should all be treated the same. He strongly thinks that the Purebred Ideal is so, so, so stupid and the people who thought of it and the people who still believe it, should really have a look at their lives and and ask themselves "What the hell is wrong with me?"
Example Post:
Bently Hinson had finally decided to roll out of bed on this Saturday morning. His hair was in a mess on his head and he was sure he had morning breath. After taking 30 minutes of his time he washed up, brushed his teeth and put on his casual clothes. He was wearing his black tank top and his khaki cargo shorts with flip-flops. He bounded down the stairs into the common room and pushed through the portrait hole. He was headed towards the Library to work on his Care of Magical Creatures essay. He didn't mind it though, he loved the subject. As he walked through the castle and up the stairs he didn't meet very many people. When he did, he gave them his usual friendly small and a soft "Hello". Other than that, on the way to the Library, all you could hear was the echoing of Flip-Flop, Flip-Flop, Flip-Flop...

History (2+ paragraphs)
Bently Hinson was an only child. Adopted at that. He was found as a toddler one day in an old run down house on the outskirts of Ireland. The windows of the house had been smashed in and the door splintered to pieces. He was in the basement behind an old freezer, covered in blankets. His real parents were lying in front of it on the floor, dead. They couldn't find anything on his parents, so Bently had to grow up not knowing them or himself.
For the most part of his childhood, Bently had grown up in an orphanage. He had grown up in the orphanage until he was 8 years old with the name of Bently and no last name, just Bently. While there the other kids picked on him tremendously. The staff of the orphanage knew that there was something strange about him, but they never did know exactly what it was. Whenever he got sad or mad strange things would happen to the other kids, nothing big, small things such as boils coming up on their faces or getting rashes all over their bodies. He didn’t mean for these things to happen to the other kids and he really didn't know what was causing it, but he felt horrible about it, and didn't know what to do to stop it.
However, living at the Orphanage was not all that bad. Bently basically had to grown up as a muggle child. So he learned several things that muggles do. Such as the muggle sports of: Basketball, Rugby, Football, and Hockey.. He also learned wood working when he was 9. He learned the basics of building things with wood and he learned the safety procedures that went along with it. Even though he was a bit clumsy, he also learned the basics to Ballroom dancing. Which he thought was a beautiful 'sport' so he called it.. It made him feel better when other boys made fun of him for dancing.
When Bently turned 10 years of age a young couple in there twenties came to adopt him. The young couple had found out about the strange things that Benlty had caused upon the other kids and they knew that he was a wizard. Darwen, of Hufflepuff House, and Lillian Hinson, of Ravenclaw house, were their names, therefore giving him the last name of Hinson. The couple had been warned by the staff of the boy’s abilities, but was eager to take him away from the orphanage.
During the year, Bently was taught that he was a Wizard and that the strange things that he had been doing to the other kids were normal and he would soon learn how to control that. His new parents had given him old spell books and photograph books to look at during the time so he would better understand what it was like being magical, often showing him neat and fun little spells.
Finally the time had come, he had turned 11 and had gotten his Hogwarts letter shortly after-wards. He was ecstatic about attending Hogwarts! His parents had told him much about the school and he was looking forward to attending and meeting some people and finally making some “magical” friends!
And just like his father, he was sorted into Hufflepuff!
