Character Description: Brilliant platinum hair is pulled into piggie-tails with streaks of green and silver strewn beneath jagged layers. Bangs do well to help hide the dull gold eyes and sharply arched brows. Skin is pale to the point one may even wonder if she's partially albino. Plum lips kept in a pouty sneer most of the time. When she's not in school uniform, she tends to wear fancy but short witch's robes and dresses with plenty of belts and a variety of boots and knee-highs. Gaged ears are further looped by a large hoop earrings, or long danglies. She's usually accompanied by a large python, who's sometimes in a knitted sock-like warmer in colder times.
Personality/Beliefs Outline:
She's a strongly conflicted individual who doesn't trust easily at all. Once she lets someone in though, she sticks to them and becomes a rather formidable ally. She is loyal to those she feels any sort of emotion. Her emotion level, however, is relatively low, and any not in her circle of friends would swear she's a sociopath.
She has a compassion for animals, especially the creepy ones. In no way would she be caught in a profession of husbandry (unless for alligators/crocs, dragons or snakes...) but her compassion for human life outside of her personal acquaintances is non-existent.
She finds herself edging further and further toward the dark side (seeing as how they have cookies...) and she doesn't find herself feeling at all upset over the muggle killings or witch/wizards killed as well(unless she personally knew them). She's too busy focusing on herself and her own well-being.
She can be a snob at times. She holds herself in very high regard and tends to be hard to impress. She's a tad of an elitist, and only wants to befriend people who are better than or equal to her (in her opinion).

Melissa's father was an American who came across the pond to work for the ministry's internal affairs, specifically with America. He met her mother at the Ministry, stuck in the same desolate area when a chimney malfunctioned and sent them both to a lone plain near the cost of Ireland. They grew a bond on the walk to an inhabited area and it was all happy.
Her mother came from a rich family, most of whom are deceased. The maiden name of the family isn't discussed much, seeing as how it's a cursed lineage (little to her father's knowledge). Her ancestors where adamant death-eaters in the days of Voldermort, and most of which never got to pass on their genes due to Azkaban or death (or worse). Her great-great grandmother, however, was a survivor and managed to stay away from persecution after Voldermort was finally defeated, passing on her lineage and pride in the dark arts down to even Missy's mother.
She was born after a long marriage between their parents under the astral alignment of the serpent, followed by he sister years later.
Two years after her sisters birth, and on her seventh birthday, the Minister came to the family with grave news. Her mother found an artifact with a very dark power and tried to activate it. The activation of it killed her and caused an uproar in the Ministry. Though the entity it released was caught and killed by Aurors before the public could catch wind of it, the Ministry still restricted her father, demoted him in rank in months prior, and if not for the inheritance from their mother's side, would have stricken them to near poverty.
Now at year five, Missy's started coming out of her shell a bit and plan's to have a new year... and finally stop being so reclusive.
