Character Description:
For a simple minded person the idea that anyone could be both vindictive and noble is shocking, but Sebastian is a just that, nicely tied up in a cloak of sarcasm. He does the the wrong things for all the right reason, lets say for example when a friend of his has been hurt he stops at nothing to avenge them even if someone has to get hurt. He is not above blackmail or extortion of any kind to get his way. Lies and secrets are his closest friends. He seems to ooze smug that character flaw second only to his overbearing confidence. Still he is a boy capable of warmth, if only in small doses.
Personality/Beliefs Outline:
Sebastian is a firm believer of Justice. He can't stand you watch good, innocent people suffer. To him the wicked are people who he doesn't mind causing unimaginable pain to. His belief is that in order to destroy evil he must be worse than his enemies. Nothing brings him greater pleasure than to watch people he dislike fall. In essence he believes in karma. He doesn't mind using underhanded dirty tricks to win either. But no matter how cruel his actions are they always serve a greater purpose.

Sebastian lived a relatively normal, easy life with his parents. Both were kind people, his father especially so. His mother was strong and independent but lived knowing her calling in life was raising her children. She fostered in Sebastian the belief in protecting others, more importantly those who had suffered because of another cruelty. As where Sebastian's father taught him the value of loyalty and devotion to one's friends and family. However he found out at a young age that good intentions were never enough and that in order to 'win' one might have to play by a darker set of rules. He learned of these cruelty from his own family. Each parent's respective family did not approve of the others simple because his mother was a muggle and his father was pure blooded.
