Weaknesses (3+):

Character Description:
Tall for her age, and the (unfortunate) spitting image of her grandmother the Auror, she was a shy and bookish child to the dismay of those around her. Though Brina enjoyed learning and all it offered, the crowds at school often frightened her, and she had taken on the characteristic hunch of those who do not wish to be seen.
Personality/Beliefs Outline:
Brina's Great-grandmother was an Auror, and a fair one to boot, as was her Grandfather before her. The family has a strong ethic concerning "right" and "wrong" in wizardry, and utterly detests those who hold to blood-status (recalling the war caused in it's name). Brina is also notoriously honest, even when she does not wish to be, and prefers that others hold to the same around her.
She is a shrewd student, making good marks in the majority of her classes, and showing exceptional skill at transfiguration (it is believed her wand has some hand in this).
Her personality, however, is somewhat mercurial. Some days she is highly outgoing, while others she is withdrawn to the point of phobia. Her family, with their history of "colorful characters" may be a cause for this.
Background
Mother: Dolores White-Carling, 47, Typesetter for a Wizzarding paper.
Father: Thomas White, 50, Former Insurance Salesman - Current Janitor.
Siblings: None.
Country of Origin: Great Brittan - Specifically Boscastle in Cornwall.
Heritage: Halfblood-or-less. Her Mother's family (from which she takes her name) were purebloods. Her father's family are muggles.
History:
Brina Carling (the second of her name) is the half-blood child of a mixed (magical/Muggle) marriage and subsequent divorce. Her maternal grandparents (Helziba Fisher-Carling and Archibald Fisher) were Aurors, as were her Great Grandparents (Brina Carling and Quentin MacCraggty). Brina Carling was one of the survivors of the Battle Of Hogwarts, living to an exceptional age and notorious grumpiness. Her Greatgrandmother's Grandfather was also a noted Auror. It is because of this distinguished history that the Carling women retain this last name, during (and often as not, after) marriage.
Brina-the-younger was thought to lack magical talent for most of her childhood, until the Hogwarts letter arrived. From there, her schooling went easily enough, except for semi-routine panic attacks landing her in the hospital ward. She has, mostly, outgrown those. She hopes to pursue a career in Magical Law Enforcement upon graduation, and enjoys cheering loudly (and sometimes colorfully) at Quiddich matches when she's able.
