Violet Dencourt was the type of person that you never gave a second glance too. Tall and thin, she had always been just another face in the crowd. Generally, you would find her in her Hogwarts school uniform: A long black robe, and black shoes. This was all topped off with a spick-and-span white apron and her (precious) Nursing cap, which usually held her mane of strawberry blonde hair.
Personality Outline:
Look up the definition of 'Selfless' somewhere, and you're almost guaranteed to find a picture of Violet charmed into the book. She finds absolute joy in caring for other people, and also in the feeling of being needed. She adores muggle culture, and everything to do with it. [WIP]

Violet didn't always want to be a nurse. In fact, she'd hated it because her younger sister, Shirley, was very ill as they were growing up. Both she and her Mother (her father wasn't in the picture,) devoted much of their time to taking care of her. Her time at Hogwarts was spent worrying about her family, and the summers were spent trying Muggle activities with her squib sister. Once she was old enough to move out to the country, she did. She'd finally felt free; but that feeling didn't last long. Shirley died not six months later.
She had gone to live on her own in the city, blaming her mother for her sister's death. Working various muggle jobs to support herself, she didn't do too well. Feeling like a failure to herself, she decided to go back to her roots. She was a gifted witch, after all. she took an internship at St. Mungo's, later spending nearly twenty years working there.
Now, she lives on her own in a fairly small house on the countryside. With miles and miles between houses, it's the perfect place to keep her greenhouse of everyday herbs and medicinal plants - not to mention a few very special animals. [WIP]
