Character Description:
There isn't alot to note about Roxas. Hes a normal Caucasian kid with jet black hair that won't stay down. He can wet it, it won't stay down. Comb it, it still neglects to stay down. Do anything to it, and it just pops right back up. Roxas is really skinny, due to his difficulty with exercising. He also is very fast, due to his having to dodge the daily jinx or curse that flies at him in the corridors everyday.
Personality/Beliefs Outline:
Roxas is a boy who is (more-or-less) a social outcast. Not alot of people take to him, and because of that, he usually has to solve his own problems. He has to deal with people trying to jinx him more often than being greeted by them. Because of this, Roxas tends to not trust people straight off the bat, but he isn't closed off. As long as you prove that you mean no ill-intention to him, he can count you as a friend.

Mary and Keith Tolly met one day, 18 years ago, when Mary, just an undersecretary to the head of the British and Irish Quidditch Headquarters, went to order a number of Firebolts for the new lineup of teams from Quality Quidditch Supplies in Diagon Alley. They soon were married and had twins. They named them Roxas and Emma. Well, Roxas and Emma grew to be about 11. They were both bound for Hogwarts, when disaster struck. The two twins, unknowing that just that day, the merpeoples of the world intended to attack all wizards, set out to a nearby lake to swim. No sooner had they gotten into the lake when a group of merpeople set upon them, dragging Emma down and trying to get to Roxas, who unconsciously launched himself himself into the air (via untapped magic) to safety. That marked when Roxas became an oddity. Since then, he was always a little detached from everything. He went to Hogwarts, and went through the ceremony. When Emma's name indubitably came up, he wasn't even affected. He intended to learn enough for the both pf them.
